The staff were extremely helpful people. Queen room had basic facilities we needed.

The location was excellent in the middle of jackson. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful providing the information.

Our stay at Autocamp Catskills was wonderful. The airstream was comfortable and clean, and we loved having our own semi-private patio with a fire pit/grill. The clubhouse and amenities were top-notch, and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. Additionally, the staff was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the experiences offered. Despite a few small hiccups, overall, we had a fantastic experience.

One minor downside was the lack of running water when we checked in due to freezing temperatures. However, the hotel offered us a 50% discount and the option to cancel for a full refund, which we opted not to do because we wanted to experience it.

The location was magnificent - near Saugerties. Having breakfast with coffee, tea and granola was a nice bonus.

It has magnificent and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. We usually stay here for a vacation and the room is always clean and incredibly comfortable.

Absolutely nothing.

We spent Easter weekend at a camping site and had a decent experience. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries provided were top-notch. The location was great and we managed to have a peaceful stay. , there was a unique design and décor at the camping site.

The worst aspect of our stay was the uncleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were replaced, but the bathroom was not cleaned at all, there was hair on the shower wall and the kitchen cookware was still dirty with encrusted food and ash.
